As a buyer or a seller, you want your real estate transactions to go smoothly. This means finding the exact home you're looking for, or selling your home for the best price in the shortest period of time.  In addition, it means not having to worry, whether this is your first or fourth time buying a home.  I will educate you to the ins and outs of real estate. If you are moving out of town I will put you in contact with an agent in your desired area.  Not only that, I will do my best to ease your worries and fears by being responsive to your questions/inquiries and accessible to you.             I will put my knowledge and experience to work to help make your move a pleasant one. I will also do the following:  Take measurements of the rooms in your present and/or future home; Send to you new listings daily or weekly using an automated database; Provide you with the name and telephone numbers of the utility companies that service your new area; Provide you with the use of a video showing you the best way to prepare your home for sale; If you are selling your home, I will send advance notice to agents in the area notifying them of an upcoming listing; Provide my Sellers with feedback from prospective buyers; and Send out change of address cards to ten of your family members and/or friends. And that's not all, settlement documents can be very bulky, so following settlement I will provide you with a CD containg this information.  No one will work harder or more professionally than I will.
